1. Product Warranty

1.1 Vertibelle Creations hand painted PVC and aluminum blinds are easily washed with a damp cloth. Fabric vertical blinds can be vacuum cleaned or dry-cleaned. They all are covered by a ten-year warranty (see 1.3) against colour fading under normal use. No warranty for any misuse or abuse.

1.2 Since each Vertibelle Creations hand painted blind is an original piece of artwork, we will try our best to match the colours and the style of the design when producing a custom painting. However, an absolute identical reproduction of the design cannot be attained, this will make it more original.

1.3 Translucent painted PVC vertical blinds are exceptional substitute to stain glass. We strongly recommend no direct exposure to sunrays, 5 years warranty against colour fading.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Vertibelle Creations assures you that your e-mail address and your personal information will be kept confidential, and will not be disclosed to a third party.

3. Delivery and Shipping

3.1 The average delivery time for hand painted blinds is from 2 to 4 weeks. Pre-payment is required. Inspection must be made upon delivery. Any damage or shortage should be noted on the Freight Bill of Lading before signing. Vertibelle Creations must be alerted of any damages within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment.

4. Terms and Conditions of Sale

4.1 Lease-To-Own financial program available (for Ontario only).

4.2 6 months - No Pay, No Interest, No Money Down financial program (for GTA only).

4.3 Since our blinds are custom designed and painted, deposits become non-refundable once an order is processed.

4.4 A surcharge may be applicable for any complicated customized artwork.

4.5 All orders are shipped freight-collect.

4.6 Payments must be made by certified cheque, money order, VISA / MasterCard or direct bank transfer. LC arrangement for large orders.

4.7 Measuring and installation service is available for clients in Greater Toronto Area and its vicinity.

4.8 A deposit of 50% is required to activate any order.

5. Pricing

5.1Prices will vary depending on the chosen design categories & material. (for example: Artistic Impression category paintings are more expensive than the design from the Exquisite Vue category)
